Sherlock Holmes quietly enters the room of his flatmate. When he reaches John Watson's bed he stops and smiles slightly. The doctor's left hand hangs down and he can see John's chest moving up and down as he breathe. Sherlock leans forward carefully to wake his friend up, but his hand stops on the half way to John's shoulder. The detective notices tiredness and wariness on John's face and a strange feeling like fear slips in his own stomach. Sherlock hesitates for a second thinking about his next move, but then pushes John slightly. "Hey, wake up." Sherlock touches John's forearm. "Wake up John." John only turns his head and continues sleep
